Aanayoottu is the festival held in Vadakkumnatha Temple located in Thrissur, Kerala.The Aanayoottu (feeding of elephants)'s a festival falls on the first day of the month of Karkkidakam (timed against the Malayalam calendar), which coincides with the month of July.
